Almond Milkshake

Serves 1

Ingredients 

1 cup whole raw almonds, soaked in cold water overnight

3.5 cups filtered water

1 scoop True Organic Vanilla Powder

1/8 tsp Himalayan pink rock salt 

1 tsp rice malt syrup

1 cup nut milk 

 

Method

1. Blend the soaked almonds with the water until as smooth as you can get them.

2. Pour the nut milk into a large bowl and pour in the almond mixture. Mix then pour into the blender along with the vanilla, salt and rice malt. Blend to combine, pour into a clean glass bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
