Ingredients
Base
1 1/2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp cacao powder
30g True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
3-4 tbsp Maple Syrup
2-3 tbsp water (enough to bring it together)
Jam layer
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
To top:
Dark chocolate + 1tsp coconut oil
Sea salt
Method:

Mix base ingredients in a bowl until it holds together. Press firmly into a lined container.

Cook blueberries, maple syrup and chia in a pan. Stir until thick, then cool.

Spread jam over the base, freeze until firm.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil, pour on top, and sprinkle with sea salt.
