Ingredients

Base

1 1/2 cups almond flour

3 tbsp cacao powder

30g True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate

3-4 tbsp Maple Syrup

2-3 tbsp water (enough to bring it together)

Jam layer

1 cup blueberries 

1 tbsp maple syrup

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

To top:

Dark chocolate + 1tsp coconut oil

Sea salt

 

Method:

  1. Mix base ingredients in a bowl until it holds together. Press firmly into a lined container.

  2. Cook blueberries, maple syrup and chia in a pan. Stir until thick, then cool.

  3. Spread jam over the base, freeze until firm.

  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, pour on top, and sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Freeze, slice, and enjoy - no oven, no fuss!
