Ingredients
⅔ cup almond meal
¼ cup True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
3 tsp cacao
½ cup high protein vanilla yoghurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
25g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Toppings:
2 tbsp pistachio spread, melted
3 tbsp chopped pistachio’s
Method
1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the toppings.
2. Spread the mixture evenly into a small lined dish using the back of a spoon.
3. Drizzle with the melted pistachio spread and sprinkle over the chopped pistachios.
4. Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour (or the freezer for a firmer texture, just allow to soften slightly before serving).
