Banana, Blueberry and Dark Chocolate Muffins

Perfectly balanced, these one-bowl muffins blend bananas and blueberries with dark chocolate chips and nourishing oats for a truly satisfying start to your day.

Banana, Blueberry and Dark Chocolate Muffins

Makes 9 Muffins

Prep time: 35 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup flour

2/3 cup oats

1 tbsp True Protein Collagen in Natural

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Pinch of salt



Method:

1. Mix everything together in a bowl until well combined. 

2. Pour into lined muffin tins and bake in the oven for 25 mins on 180°C. 

3. Allow to cool slightly before devouring!
