Satisfy your cravings with these easy, protein cups featuring a thick peanut butter and vanilla protein base topped with rich dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt.

PB Protein Cups

Makes 7

Prep time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

Base:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup dark choc chips

1-2 tbsp water

To top:

1/2 block dark chocolate

Pinch of salt 

Method:

1. Mix the base ingredients together in a bowl until sticky.

2. Pour into mini silicone moulds. 

3. Top with melted dark chocolate and top with some salt.

4. Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours.

5. Pop them out of the silicone moulds and store in airtight container in the fridge.
