Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
2 tbsp olive oil (or coconut oil)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup True Protein Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1–2 tbsp True Collagen in Natural
To serve:
1/2 block of dark chocolate
Pinch of sea salt
Method
1. Add base ingredients to a bowl.
2. If not sticky enough, add 1 tbsp water.
3. Pour into a lined loaf tin and flatten out evenly.
4. Pop into the freezer for 1 hour.
5. Melt dark chocolate and pour over the base.
6. Top with sea salt and return to freezer for 30 mins.
7. Store in freezer and enjoy!
