Ingredients (for the dough):
½ cup almond flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2–3 tbsp chocolate chips (or to taste)
10 medjool dates
Method:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the dough ingredients. If it’s not sticky, add 1 tbsp water.
2. Stuff the dough into pitted Medjool dates and top with some extra salt.
3. Enjoy straight away or chill in the fridge for a firmer bite!
