Ingredients
350g self raising flour
50g True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
40g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
120g pitted dates, chopped
300ml light milk or milk of your choice
60ml sugar free maple syrup
90g Plant based butter (melted)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2. Line oven tray with 10 muffin wrappers.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
4. Evenly pour the mixture into each wrapper.
5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and vanilla protein yogurt (if you wish to increase protein content)
