Ingredients
For the ice cream:
1 banana
3 tbsp True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
2 tbsp cacao powder
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Dash of almond milk (only if needed)
Other:
Medjool dates, pitted
1/2-1 block dark chocolate
Pinch of salt
Method
1.Blend your ice cream ingredients together until smooth & creamy. Start without the dash of almond milk and check the consistency, and if it’s too dry then add it in.
2. Place one date per rectangular silicone mould.
3. Pour your icecream over each date. Allow to set in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. Melt your dark chocolate and pour over each bar.
5. Top with some salt and pop back into the freezer for another 30 mins.
