Ingredients
3 tsp gelatine powder
3 tbsp warm water
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
1 1/2 cups low-fat Greek yoghurt
30g (4 tbsps) True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
3 tbsp honey
Method

Mix the galatine and warm water in a small bowl and set aside.

Into a high-speed blender add the blueberries, yoghurt, protein powder and gelatine mixture and blend until smooth.

Pour into 4 glasses and allow to set for 4 hours in the fridge. Enjoy!
