Raspberry Overnight Oats

Raspberry Overnight Oats

Four serves made in one bowl the night before, ready to grab straight from the fridge all week. Mashed raspberries and honey bring a natural sweetness, while the chia seeds and WPI 90 do the heavy lifting on texture and protein. At 245 calories a serve, it leaves plenty of room for toppings.

  • Instructions

    1. Add the thawed raspberries and honey to a large bowl. Mash together with a fork until the raspberries are mostly broken down.
    2. Add the chia seeds,  protein powder and almond milk. Stir until well combined.
    3. Add the rolled oats and mix until evenly incorporated.
    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until thickened.
    5. Store in the fridge and serve as needed throughout the week. We topped ours with Greek yoghurt, peanut butter and a drizzle of honey, but you can customise yours with any toppings you like.
