Choc Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup yoghurt

1 tsp cacao powder

1 tsp maple syrup

3 tbsp chia seeds

 

Method:

  1. Mix everything except the chia seeds in a bowl until creamy.

  2. Pour in your chia seeds, stir and allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
