Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
1 1/2 cups mix ins of choice (coconut flakes, sultanas, nuts etc.)
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
Method:

Combine everything in a bowl. Add to a lined baking tray and push down firmly with a spatula.

Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes or until golden.

Let cool completely and then break into clusters.
