Ingredients

1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

30g (4 tbsps) True Protein WPI 90 in Salted Caramel

1 small banana, sliced

1/2 cup maple pecan granola (or similar)

 

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.

  2. In a glass jar, layer the yoghurt mixture, banana, and granola, then repeat. Enjoy!
