Cashew Chia Pudding

Breakfast doesn't get easier than making it the night before and having it ready to grab and go!  Try this gluten, dairy and sugar free breakfast pudding for a fun way to start the day.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 cup cashew milk
1/4 tsp Organic Vanilla Powder

Method

Pop ingredients in a jar and shake to combine then leave in the fridge overnight to soften.

In the morning, serve into glasses or bowls, top with fruit of your choice and yogurt. 

TIP: If you're going to be in a rush in the morning, divide the pudding into 2 jars before putting into the fridge, then just add the fruit and yogurt in the morning and you're ready to go.
