Cashew Chia Pudding

Serves 1

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup cashew milk
1/4 tsp organic vanilla powder

1. Pop ingredients in a jar and shake to combine then leave in the fridge overnight to soften.

2. In the morning, serve into glasses or bowls, top with fruit of your choice and yoghurt.

Tip: If you're going to be in a rush in the morning, divide the pudding into 2 jars before putting into the fridge, then just add the fruit and yoghurt in the morning and you're ready to go.
