Chocolate and Raspberry Yoghurt Bark

Makes 10 Pieces

Time: 10 minutes (plus 6 hours setting time)

Ingredients:

2 cups low fat Greek yoghurt

40g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla

2 tsp honey

1 cup frozen raspberries

60g dark chocolate, melted

 

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt, protein powder and honey into a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Spread the mixture onto a large tray lined with baking paper then sprinkle over raspberries and drizzle with dark chocolate.

  3. Place into the freezer for 6 hours before cutting into 10 pieces. Enjoy!
