130mL coconut milk
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
15mL True Protein MCT Oil
60g natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp cacao
1 scoop True Protein WPI 90 Rich Chocolate
2 banana (200g)
1 avocado (100g)


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Divide into serving size and store in the fridge
