Berry Granola Meal Prep

Serves 13 (1/2 cup per serve)

Macronutrients

Protein: 9
Carbohydrates: 17.5
Fats: 8

Ingredients

95g rolled oats
35g rice puffs
70g Buckinis
50g pepitas
50g sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
50g almonds
50g sultanas
20g coconut flakes
1 scoop True Protein Beet Powder
2 scoops True Protein WPI 90 Strawberry & Cream
55g honey
1 Tbsp True Protein MCT Oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line tray with baking paper

  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and stir together

  3. Pour in the oil and honey and mix through

  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread evenly

  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 mins or until lightly golden (stirring halfway)
