1 cup dates
¼ cup quick oats
30g (1 scoop) True Protein WPC80 in Salted Caramel
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs chia seeds
In a blender, add the dates, walnuts, quick oats, protein powder, maple syrup and chia seeds.
Blend until all ingredients have been well combined, and then roll the mixture into 8 small to medium sized balls.
