160 Calories per serve
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup rolled oats
9 medjool dates, soaked in boiling water for a few minutes
2 scoops (60g) True WPI90 Cookies and Cream
1 Tbsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
Add the almonds, cashews and oats to a food processor and combine until a fine flour forms.
Add in the dates and protein powder and mix for a couple of minutes, until the mixture is sticky and can hold form when pinched.
Blitz through the cacao nibs and choc chips.
Roll into balls and enjoy!
