Ingredients
1 cup roasted peanuts
¼ cup peanut butter
1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 in French Vanilla
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
30g dark chocolate
Method

In a food processor, add the peanuts, peanut butter, True French Vanilla WPI90, coconut oil and maple syrup. Blitz until the mixture comes together and can be rolled into balls.

Take a tablespoon of the mixture and use your hands to roll it into balls and place on a sheet of baking paper.

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl and drizzle the chocolate over the top. Place in the fridge to set and enjoy!
