Chocolate Drizzle Peanut Protein Balls

Makes 12 Balls

Prep Time: 15 mins

Macros per ball

Protein - 7g

Carbohydrates - 4.8g

Fats - 12.3g

 

Ingredients

1 cup roasted peanuts

¼ cup peanut butter

1 scoop (30g) True WPI90 in French Vanilla

2 tbsp coconut oil

4 tbsp maple syrup

30g dark chocolate

 

Method

  1. In a food processor, add the peanuts, peanut butter, True Vanilla WPI90, coconut oil and maple syrup. Blitz until the mixture comes together and can be rolled into balls.

  2. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and use your hands to roll it into balls and place on a sheet of baking paper.

  3. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl and drizzle the chocolate over the top. Place in the fridge to set and enjoy!
