Ingredients
3 tbsp’s unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp’s stevia/sweetener of choice
>1 egg
½ C plain flour
¼ C True Protein Toffee Caramel WPI90
¼ C walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method

Preheat your oven to 180’C

In a bowl, whisk the sugar and butter until combined and slightly pale

Add the egg and whisk again, followed by the flour and Toffee Caramel WPI90

Fold in the chopped walnuts, then add the almond butter and maple syrup. Give the mixture a final stir and place in the fridge for 5 minutes to firm up

Take a tablespoon of the batter and place on a lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with your hands and sprinkle some more walnuts over the top

Place in the oven for 8 minutes or until lightly golden

Allow to cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
