Prep time: 15 minutes
1 medium banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole meal flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops True Protein WPI in Toffee Caramel
1/2 cup milk of choice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Cook in a lightly greased pan, flipping the pancakes once bubbles start to form.
Serve with topics of choice, such as tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon and banana. Enjoy!
