Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 scoops True Protein WPC80 in Strawberries & Cream
3 Tbsp peanut butter
3 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup dates soaked
Method

In a small bowl, soak dates in hot water for around 10 minutes

While waiting on dates to soak, add remaining ingredients in a larger bowl and mix till combined

Once dates are ready, blend for around 30 seconds, then add to the bowl with protein mixture until a sticky consistency is formed

Roll tablespoon-sized spoonfuls of mixture into balls and coat in a layer of desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
