I use this after most training sessions which could be an hour or several hours in length. I used to always feel tied and sore after every training the next day, until I started using this. It takes 5minutes out of your day to make. Since I started using it, I have had less injuries and I haven't needed to go to the Physio nearly as much. Im converted to True Protein!! This chocolate protein powder is great in taste, seriously one of the best Iv ever tried :) I like to mix it with super cold water, or if I want to make it more filling add super cold milk.
