Ingredients

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 tbsp granulated sweetener

2 tbsp water

1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

30g (4 metric tablespoons) True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla

1 tsp granulated sweetener

Method

1. To make the chia seed layer, place the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup into a bowl and stir until combined. Set aside.

2. To make the strawberry compote layer, add the strawberries, sweetener, and water into a small saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally until the strawberries break down. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

3. For the yoghurt layer, combine the yoghurt, protein powder and sweetener until smooth.

4. To assemble the parfait, use two jars or glasses and distribute the chia seed, strawberry compote, and yoghurt layers between the two vessels, then place them into the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
