Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
1 cup of water
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop True Protein WPI90 French Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp peanut butter powder
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Method

Place the oats, water, almond milk, and vanilla into a saucepan and stir on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, mix through the protein powder and peanut butter then cook for a further minute, add more water if the oats appear too dry

To make the raspberry compote, place raspberries and honey into a saucepan and heat through until soft, about 5 minutes

To make the peanut butter sauce, mix the peanut butter powder, water, and maple syrup together until it becomes a smooth consistency

Top oats with the compote, sauce, and anything else you desire
