Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Oats

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 7 minutes

Ingredients

70g rolled oats
1.5 cups soy milk
20g peanut butter
20g True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate
20ml pure maple syrup

Method

  1. Combine soy milk and oats in a pot and bring to a boil on med-high

  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until mixture is thick

  3. Add powders and maple syrup. Cook for another 1-2 minutes

  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with fruits, such as banana, and some healthy fats, such as cacao nibs and coconut
