Ingredients
1.5 cups almond meal
1 cup dates
1 TP scoop WPC80 Chocolate Mint Protein Powder
¼ cup coconut milk
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup roughly chopped almonds
Method

Blend all ingredients, excluding the almonds and desiccated coconut, together in a food processor until well combined

Fold chopped almond into the mixture

Roll the mixture into balls

Once all the balls have been rolled, fill a plate with the desiccated coconut and roll each ball into the coconut until all are covered
