4-Ingredient Protein Balls

Makes 13

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

250ml soy milk (or any other plant milk)

70g True Plant Protein in Rich Chocolate

70g peanut butter

15g cacao and a little extra to roll the balls in

Method

1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add in the liquid until the mixture completely combines. You may need to melt your butter in the microwave to make it easier to mix. It should look a little gooey! If it's too dry, add in more liquid in very small amounts.

2. Take out a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball using your hands. To make 13, each ball should weight approximately 30g. You can make your balls as big or small as you like.

3. Then pour a little bit of cacao powder onto a plate and roll the balls until they're completely covered. You can get creative here and swap out cacao powder for desiccated coconut, chia seeds, acai powder, matcha powder... Whatever your heart desires!

Serving Suggestion

These are great to take on the go or when you're in a hurry. My favourite way to have them is to put 3-4 on a plate with a variety of cut fruit and have it as a post workout snack.
