Ingredients
1.5 C self-raising flour
1 serving (30g) True Protein WPI90 in Natural
¾ C Greek yoghurt
½ tsp salt
200g sliced ham
½ zucchini, grated
½ C grated cheese
4 tbsp tomato paste (or tomato-based sauce)
Method
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, WPI90, greek yoghurt and salt. Mix well until a dough ball forms
3. Lightly sprinkle some flour on your bench and roll out the dough in a rectangular shape until 4mm thick
4. Carefully spread the tomato paste on the base and scatter the zucchini, ham and cheese evenly on top
5. Starting from the bottom of the dough, roll it up carefully and slice it into 9-10 even pieces
6. Place each piece into a greased muffin tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown
