Creamy Choc Protein Smoothie

Serves 1-2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Total macronutrients:

526 calories

36g protein

78g carbohydrate

11g fat

 

Ingredients:

150g frozen banana 

2 tbsp rolled oats 

1 fresh medjool date 

1 large handful ice cubes 

1 scoop True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate 

1 tbsp raw cacao powder or milo

1 cup coconut water 

1 tbsp natural peanut butter 

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until creamy. 

  2. Serve with extra milo, if desired, and enjoy!
