1 ripe frozen banana
½ cup plain high protein yoghurt
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ scoop (15g) True Protein WPI90 in Choc Peanut Butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 small handful of ice
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend ingredients until all foods are well broken down and combined.
Serve cold with a slice of banana to decorate.
