Ingredients
1 ripe frozen banana
½ cup plain high protein yoghurt
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ scoop (15g) True Protein WPI90 in Choc Peanut Butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 small handful of ice
Method

Add all the ingredients into a blender.
