Ingredients:

¾ cup low fat cow’s milk

1 banana

¼ cup frozen strawberries

½ scoop True Protein WPC80 in Strawberry and Cream

2 heaped tbs high protein vanilla flavoured yoghurt

1 handful of ice

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and broken down.
