Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen mango
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup coconut water
½ cup orange juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 servings True Protein Collagen in French Vanilla
To serve:
Vanilla (or coconut) yoghurt
Coconut flakes
Method
1. Add the frozen mango, banana, pineapple, coconut water, orange juice, maple syrup and collagen to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, simply add a little more coconut water or orange juice.
2. Place some vanilla yoghurt in the base of two tall glasses and spread some on the inside of the glass. Divide the smoothie between glasses and enjoy!
