Tropical Smoothie

Serves 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Energy (kJ): 1,294 kJ 

Carbohydrates: 44g  

Protein: 18g 

Fat: 5g 

 

Ingredients:  

1 cup full cream cow’s milk 

1 cup diced banana, frozen  

1 small mango, fresh  

1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI in Banana and Honey

1 handful of ice 

 

Method: 

  1. In a blender, add the milk, banana, mango, protein powder and ice.  

  2. Blend until all ingredients are well combined.  

  3. Serve in two large glasses.
