Ingredients:
300g plain flour
40g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
7g dry yeast
200g low-fat Greek yoghurt
1/3 cup skim milk
3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a medium sized baking tray with baking paper.
2. Add the flour, protein powder, yeast, yoghurt and milk into a bowl and mix until a dough begins to form. Knead for 5 minutes until it becomes stretchy. Form into a ball and place it back into the bowl, set aside to rise for 45 minutes.
3. Press the dough onto a floured surface to form a rough rectangular shape. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to a 30cm x 25cm rectangle.
4. Spread the butter over the dough then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll into a log and slice into 12 equal portions, place them next to each other on the tray and set aside to rise for 30 minutes.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
