Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond meal
2 TP scoops True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 cup Medjool dates
3/4 cup Natural Almond Butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Method

Line a small baking tray with baking paper and set aside. Place the dates and almond butter into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms

Add in the maple syrup, vanilla and salt then continue to blend

Next, add in the oats, almond meal, protein powder, and cinnamon and continue to blend on low speed until combined

Mix in the pecans then pat the mixture into the tray and allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours before cutting into squares
