Prep time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup cacao powder
45g (1 & 1/2 scoops) True Protein WPC80 in Rich Chocolate
1/2 cup dates soaked in boiling water
1/3 - 1/2 cup water used to soak the dates (start with 1/3 cup and add more if needed!)
2 heaped tbsp nut butter of choice
Desiccated coconut to roll in
Method:

Soak dates in boiling water for 20 minutes.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until combined.

Use damp hands to roll mixture into balls and then roll in some coconut.

Store them in the fridge!
