Makes approx. 10 balls
5 fresh dates, pitted
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almonds or almond meal
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsps True Protein Natural ABC Butter
1. Pour 1/4 cup boiling water over pitted dates and soak for 10min or until softened. Do not discard the liquid.
2. Add oats and almonds into food processor and blitz to a coarse texture.
3. Add all other wet and dry ingredients and process until the mixture forms together.
4. Roll mixture into balls about the size of a small golf ball. Store in the fridge.
