Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Makes 15 balls

Prep time: 15 minutes

Setting time: 4 hours


1 1/2 cups Medjool dates
1 cup ground oats
1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup True WPI90 Choc Peanut Butter 
1/3 cup cacao
4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tsp maple syrup
1 cup chopped peanuts
100g dark chocolate, melted


  1. Place dates into a blender and mix on high speed until smooth

  2. Add in all the other ingredients (except the peanuts and melted chocolate) and mix again until combined

  3. Roll into balls and coat them with the peanuts, place into the fridge and allow to set for 4 hours. Once set drizzle with melted chocolate
