No-Bake Bliss Balls


Time 25 minutes + chilling time

Makes 15


8 Medjool dates (pitted)
1 scoop True WPI90 Rich Chocolate 
1 Tbsp Cocoa
½ cup Almond meal
¼ cup Oat flour
1 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup hazelnut, roughly chopped


  1. In a food processor add the dates, WPI 90 Rich Chocolate powder, cocoa, almond meal, oat flour, and melted coconut oil. Briefly pulse the mixture and then turn on high. Blend for one minute until the mixture is well combined

  2. Using your hands, gently roll the mixture into small balls. Once shaped, roll the ball into the chopped hazelnut. Place the balls into the fridge and allow to set for an hour
