Caramel & Cashew Protein Balls

Makes 14

Prep time: 15 minutes 

140 Calories per ball

6g Protein

10g Carbohydrates

10g Fat




2 cups raw cashews

1 cup desiccated coconut

150g dried dates soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes

60g (2 scoops) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla

1 Tbsp hulled tahini

1/8 tsp salt



  1. Place the cashews and coconut in a high powered food processor and combine until fine. Continue to process until the mixture starts to form a nut butter-like texture

  2. Add in the soaked and drained dates, protein powder, tahini and salt and combine until sticky. If the batter looks too sticky, add a little more desiccated coconut.

  3. Roll into 14 even balls and enjoy
