Ingredients
2 cups raw cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
150g dried dates soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
60g (2 scoops) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 Tbsp hulled tahini
1/8 tsp salt
Method

Place the cashews and coconut in a high powered food processor and combine until fine. Continue to process until the mixture starts to form a nut butter-like texture

Add in the soaked and drained dates, protein powder, tahini and salt and combine until sticky. If the batter looks too sticky, add a little more desiccated coconut.

Roll into 14 even balls and enjoy
