Chocolate, Coconut & Date Bars

Makes 12 bars 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Setting time: 2-3 hours

Macronutrients per bar:

150 calories

8.5g protein

14g carbohydrate

6.5g fat 

 

Ingredients: 

12 large fresh medjool dates (120)

1 cup shredded coconut (40

1 cup rolled oats (90 

1/3 cup raw cacao powder (30 

2 scoops True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate 

1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter 

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered food processor and combine until a crumbly texture forms. The mixture should hold together when pinched. 

  2. Press into a lined square brownie tin and allow to set in the freezer for a couple of hours before slicing.
