Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
½ cup ground oats
½ cup coconut flour
2 TP scoops WPI 90 Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
2 TP scoops cacao
½ cup rice malt syrup
½ cup natural almond butter
60 grams dark chocolate chips or finely chopped
1-2 Tbsp almond milk, if required

In a bowl, combine the almond meal, coconut flour, ground oats, protein powder, and cacao powder

Melt the almond butter and rice malt syrup in a saucepan until smooth and combined, allow to cool for 5 minutes

Stir the almond butter mixture into the dry ingredients until a stiff dough forms, add in a Tbsp of almond milk if necessary, then mix in the chocolate chips/chunks until evenly distributed

Press the mixture onto a small lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set for 2 hours. Once set cut into desired sized bars, these can be stored in the fridge or freezer
