Macros per slice:
2 large bananas (250g)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup hulled tahini
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 cups almond meal
60g (2 scoops) True Protein Vegan85 in Rich Chocolate
1 tbsp sesame seeds, to decorate
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.
Mash the banana in a large bowl.
Add in the eggs, olive oil, maple syrup, tahini and almond milk and whisk until well combined.
Stir in the cinnamon, baking powder, salt, cacao, almond meal and protein powder until evenly distributed.
Transfer batter to a lined bread tin and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a skewer comes our dry when inserted.
Allow to cool before serving.
