Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups oat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 scoops True Protein Collagen Rich Chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp Maca Powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Hemp seeds for garnish
Crumbled salted caramel protein ball.
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper. Set aside

Peel bananas and add to a large mixing bowl. Mash bananas using a fork and then add in the remixing ingredients and mix until combined

Pour batter evenly into the prepared loaf tin. Optional: lightly sprinkle with hemp seeds and salted caramel protein ball

Bake for 65-80 minutes. Test with a toothpick into the centre of the loaf. If it’s done it should come out clean.

Cool on a cooling rack before serving or storing
