Ingredients
3 cups rice puff cereal
2 scoops WPC80 in Rich Chocolate
50g lite butter spread, melted
100g dark chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 tsp peppermint essence
80g white chocolate, melted
2 candy canes, crushed
Method

Add the cereal and protein powder into a large bowl and combine.

Place the lite butter, chocolate and rice malt syrup into a small saucepan and stir on low heat until everything is smooth and melted.

Stir the peppermint essence into the chocolate mixture, next, add this to the cereal bowl and combine until everything is evenly coated.

Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray into 20 equal portions then place into the freezer for 1 hour

Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with the crushed candy canes, place into the fridge to set for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
