Ingredients
100g rice puff cereal
90g (3 scoops) True WPI 90 French Vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp salt
40g lite butter
50g sugar free maple syrup
20g peanut butter powder
4 tbsp water
60g white chocolate, melted
25g roasted peanuts, crushed
Method

Combine the rice cereal, protein powder and salt in a bowl.

Place the butter and syrup into a small pan and heat on low until fully melted, set aside.

Combine the peanut butter powder and water then add the syrup mixture to this.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together.

Roll into balls then drizzle with the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Place in the fridge for an hour to set. Enjoy!
