Ingredients
1 cup Medjool dates
½ cup almond meal
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 scoop True Protein WIP90 Rich Chocolate
1/3 cup almond butter
1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
1 cup desiccated coconut
Method

Place the dates and almond butter into a blender and blend on high speed until a smooth consistency has formed

Next, add in the almond meal, cacao powder, protein powder, and coconut oil then continue to blend until combined

Roll the batter into balls and roll in desiccated coconut before putting into the fridge to set for an hour. Store in the fridge
